COVID-19 delays: Our estimated processing time is 1-3 business days + shipping time.

Once your order has been sent out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note once your order is dispatched, we cannot assume responsibility for any transit issues made by the postage provider. Please lodge a query to AusPost here.

 

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

  • $12.95 – Standard Shipping: 1-7 business days.
  • $19.95 – Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
  • Spent over $200 – Free Standard Shipping: 1-7 business days.

Earthluxe Crystals send all domestic parcels via Auspost.

Orders received over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Orders made on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery timings are subject to Australia Post and shipping provider services. Earthluxe Crystals cannot assume responsibility for any delays or delivery loss made by postage providers. Please lodge any delayed/missing parcel queries to Auspost here. However, if you still require assistance, please contact us via earthluxecrystals@gmail.com with your order number #.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

  • $39 (orders under 5kg) – Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • $89 (orders under 5.1-10kg) – Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • We Ship to the following countries only: USA, Canada, New Zealand, UK

Orders received over a weekend will be processed on Monday. If the order is received after 11am AEST, the order will be processed the next business day.

FRAGILE SHIPPING POLICY

For all items marked as fragile please allow an extra 2-3 days for packaging as special care/products are required to pack/ship these items.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAX

Earthluxe does not resume responsibility for customs tax charges relating to purchases made on this website or other sales formats from international customers (outside of Australia). It is the obligation of the customer to understand the applicable fees in relation to their purchase that is relevant to their countries importing laws. The customer agrees if custom tax is applicable for their purchase that it is paid in a timely manner as per the request of the relevant international freight carrier/customs department. Failure to pay relevant fees may result in your order being returned to us by the carrier, and return shipping fees/consequent shipping fees will be on-charged to the customer. We do not accept refunds for orders that are returned to us in this manner. It is the customers responsibility to track their item and follow up with the relevant customs agencies if custom taxes are payable. Earthluxe is in no way responsible in regards to issues relating to communication from your countries customs department and the recipient in regards to fees payable.
